At ToneWorld we are committed to ensuring you receive your order quickly and securely. All UK orders are dispatched using UK Mail and require a signature upon delivery. If you place your order before 2pm Mon - Fri and the item is in stock we will endeavor to dispatch your order the same working day for a next working day delivery. Returns
At Tone World we want you to be completely happy with your order and offer a 7 Day Hassle Free Returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it to us within 7 Days for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email to support@toneworld.co.uk within 7 Days of you receiving your item and notify us of your wish to return an order. We will then send you our returns document by email, you will need to print this out and complete it in full. Please include the returns document with your order when you return it to us so that we may process your refund as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take every possible precaution to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition however if your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will uplift the damaged goods from you and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
