About the Mad Professor Ruby Red Booster
The Ruby Red Booster is a unique combination of two boosters and a switchable buffer. It can be used as a clean boost, treble booster or overdrive pedal or a combination of all three. There is an internal switch for a high quality Buffer, this helps eradicate tone loss and noise if you are using a long pedal chain.
You can manipulate the Master and Boost controls to achieve a nice distortion sound, or tweak the controls to find the boost your looking for.
Whats the Difference between Mad Professor PCB & Handwired?
The Hand-Wired versions are, as the name would suggest, Hand Wired. The PCB version uses the same high-quality components but is factory made. The Hand Made version also weighs more (the way we tell them apart in the store!)
