Do you have a store where i can try gear out?
Absolutely - we have a store in the centre of Manchester

Can i bring my own gear down to try it out with?
Yes - by all means bring your favorite gear with you !

Do you have somewhere private where i can try stuff out and really crank it up?
Yes - we have a pro-spec fully soundproofed booth which you can use

Do i get a warranty with my new purchase ?
Yes - you get a standard minimum 12 months (in some cases longer) but if you ever have a problem please let us know and we'll help whatever way we can.

Do you offer finance ?
Yes - We offer 0% Representative APR Finance Over 9 Months

Can i part exchange my gear ?
Yes - We consider most gear, give us a call or drop by for a price.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can i return it?
Absolutely, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase - see our returns policy for more details

Can you sell my old gear for me?
We do sell gear on commission for customers, please contact us for more info

Do you purchase equipment from customers?
No - unfortunately due to the costs involved it is not possible for us to offer this

Can you help me set-up my pedalboard?
Yes - We can give you help an advice or put it together in-store

Do you do instrument & amplifier repairs?
Yes - We do not perform these in store but use the services of several highly respected local technicians
